Payments
Payment will be processed when we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed. The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not process until the next working day.
Deals Direct accepts payment through Credit cards such as Visa and Master cards through Trademe Pay Now, Bank transfer. All the prices stated on Trademe website are based on New Zealand Dollar and G.S.T Inclusive.

Pick up
Deals Direct will only allow pick up on those auctions that we have pick-ups allow, if we do not have a pick up allowed on auctions buyers need to pay it online and they are dispatched from different locations.
Delivery
We cannot deliver goods to PO BOX or PRIVATE BAG
Layby
We offer a 3 Month Layby on orders over $100.00 only on buy now auctions with a minimum deposit of only 20% required with the reminder to be paid off over a 3 month period with regular weekly payments, cancellation fees apply if not completed or cancelled
Warranties
All our products come with a minimum 3 months warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, unless mentioned as 12 months warranty on the auctions. However If you buy the product for business purposes, the warranties in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply in respect of those products.
Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a faulty product or an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the item so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For claims made after this time frame Deals Direct reserve the right to refuse courier claims.
Please ensure that you have foreseen all possible options before returning the item to us.
If the items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred. If the product is found to be faulty, we may replace the faulty goods, if the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item. If we decide the item should be returned to us, we will advise the arrangements for this. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
Please be aware refunds will be processed via the method of payment, there may be some delay before funds appear in your account due to bank clearance.
